24 months warranty

The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Bersigar Watches.

Exchanges & Returns

Customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to return products and ask for a refund or exchange. To obtain a return slip, the customer must login at customer account page and request the return . The items must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying Bersigar Watches about their decision to return the items.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The refund of the goods will be refunded to the customer once Bersigar Watches receives the goods.

In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by Baltic Watches. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.

Free shipping from $80

The international delivery is offered from $80 of purchase on our website and is operated by DHL and UPS. For a product in stock, the delivery time varies between 3 to 5 days.

TAX and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

On occasion, customs or import duties cannot be avoided. Customs duties will be paid by you as we cannot help you clear customs,If you have difficulty in customs clearance, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@bersigarwatches.com

When the customs informs you to carry out customs clearance, please complete the process as soon as possible, if the loss is caused by the delay in customs clearance, we will not compensate for the loss.

Delivery and shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship all over the world, except for Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Pakistan and Turkey.

What are the delivery methods and times?

We use the DHL Express service for deliveries in France and abroad. All our shipments are made with delivery against signature to avoid thefts in the mailboxes.

If you are not present on the day of delivery, you will be able to choose different delivery options on the DHL or UPS website, such as delivery at a later date, a drop-off at a relay point, a drop-off in a safe place, or the possibility of giving the package to a third party.

Deliveries take 3 to 5 days.

Is delivery free?

There is a charge to exchange or return your order. Once you have made your return or exchange request on our contact page or at customer account and subject to acceptance by our team, a DHL or UPS return label will be provided to you to make the shipment.

How long does it take to get my money back?

It will take about 2 to 3 days from the date of reception of your item by our warehouse.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

Watches: 
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by our workshop.

Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

1. Theft, loss.

2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)

3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by Baltic.

All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the Baltic watch.

Straps and accessories: 

With regard to bracelets and accessories, our warranty covers all manufacturing defects that appear during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace (free of charge) a defective item due to a manufacturing error noticed by our workshop (aesthetic defect, stitching, damaged leather, scratched buckle...)

Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

1. Theft, loss.

2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the article (discoloration of the leather, etc...)

3. All types of damage resulting from improper handling or use, negligence, accident (scratches, etc.), improper use of the item.

How long is the warranty valid?

The Bersigar warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of order.
