The Bersigar Wooden Watch Box gives the watch maker a Special eye catching View of Style and Elegance
I actually swapped the strap for a rubber one - nothing wrong with the metal just that I was going on holiday and thought rubber would be easier! It totally transformed the watch and made a nice watch even better If has survived sun, sand, sea, pool, sun cream and everything and still looks great! Now I’m thinking about my next Bersigar purchase!

It’s my favorite gents watch, I am sure whenever I’ll give but new watch , I’ll buy from Bersigar .
I think the watch itself the case, the pushers of dials and I really like the ceramic bezel. I’m not trying to be a Watch snob, I mean for the buck there’s a lot of bang here. I will say that my only gripe is that I wish that the Bracelet links were not as sharp as they are on the edges. I just wish they were a little more buffed out so they don’t actually feel sharp. Other than that, it really truly is an amazing watch for the PRICE. It will definitely be in the rotation.

Powered by the Japanese 9020 automatic mechanical movement, the self-winding caliber harnesses natural wrist kinetic energy to run central hours, central minutes, and a running small-seconds subdial. 24 months warranty
The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Bersigar Watches.
Exchanges & Returns
Customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to return products and ask for a refund or exchange. To obtain a return slip, the customer must login at customer account page and request the return . The items must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying Bersigar Watches about their decision to return the items.
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The refund of the goods will be refunded to the customer once Bersigar Watches receives the goods.
In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by Bersigar Watches. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.

We ship all over the world, except for Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Pakistan and Turkey.
What are the delivery methods and times?
We use the DHL Express service for deliveries in France and abroad. All our shipments are made with delivery against signature to avoid thefts in the mailboxes.
If you are not present on the day of delivery, you will be able to choose different delivery options on the DHL or UPS website, such as delivery at a later date, a drop-off at a relay point, a drop-off in a safe place, or the possibility of giving the package to a third party.
Deliveries take 3 to 5 days.

Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Watches:
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by our workshop.
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by Baltic.
All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the Baltic watch.
Straps and accessories:
With regard to bracelets and accessories, our warranty covers all manufacturing defects that appear during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace (free of charge) a defective item due to a manufacturing error noticed by our workshop (aesthetic defect, stitching, damaged leather, scratched buckle...)
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the article (discoloration of the leather, etc...)
3. All types of damage resulting from improper handling or use, negligence, accident (scratches, etc.), improper use of the item.
How long is the warranty valid?
The Bersigar warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of order.
