Refund Process

Returning an Item

  1. Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including labels, tags, and box).

  2. The protective wrapping on the watch chain/bracelet must not be removed. If the wrapping has been removed, the watch will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Include the invoice/warranty card; returns without these documents will not be processed.

  4. Ship the item to the address above within 30 days of delivery.

  5. Contact customer service via email or WhatsApp to confirm your return. Note: Refunds are issued only for items in their original condition.

Return Shipping Costs: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $50.00 USD applies to returns. Customers are responsible for covering this cost. Please retain your shipping receipt for your records. No reimbursements are provided unless required by law.
