At BERSIGAR, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality timepieces and a transparent, straightforward return and refund process.

Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible purchases.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, including the watch box, labels, tags, and accessories, must be included.

  • The protective plastic wrapping on the watch case, bracelet, and clasp must remain intact.

  • Watches with removed protective wrapping, scratches, signs of wear, or alterations are not eligible for standard returns.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase and warranty card must be included where provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Clear video of the watch and its original packaging, if requested

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Important: Please contact our support team before shipping your return to ensure proper identification and processing of your package.

You may also use any refund or dispute rights available through your payment provider. Contacting us directly first may help resolve your concern more quickly.

3. Return Shipping Options

We offer two convenient options for returning your purchase.

Option 1: Self-Arranged Return

Customers may return their watches using a reliable courier service of their choice.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment.

  • All shipping charges are paid directly by the customer to their selected courier.

  • BERSIGAR does not charge an additional $60 return shipping fee for self-arranged returns.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

  • Customers should retain their shipping receipt and tracking number until the return has been confirmed.

Option 2: Company-Arranged Courier Pickup

For customers who prefer a more convenient return process, BERSIGAR can arrange courier pickup directly from their address, subject to courier service availability.

  • A flat return shipping fee of $60 USD applies.

  • Our customer support team will coordinate the pickup and provide the necessary instructions.

  • The $60 shipping fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

  • Customers must ensure the watch is securely packaged and ready for collection at the agreed pickup time.

Please Note: The $60 return shipping fee applies only when BERSIGAR arranges the courier pickup. Customers choosing to ship the watch themselves will not be charged this fee by BERSIGAR.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to standard change-of-mind returns.

  • The restocking fee is calculated based on the purchase price of the returned item, after applicable discounts.

  • This fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

  • Any applicable company-arranged return shipping fee will be deducted separately.

  • Restocking fees do not apply where prohibited by law or where the return results from a verified defective or incorrect item.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item reaches our facility, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return eligibility requirements.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any applicable restocking fees and company-arranged return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
